Fonts: all fonts used on the site (Cormorant Garamond, Source Sans Pro) are self-hosted on our server — no requests to fonts.gstatic.com and no transfer outside the EEA.
Reservation form: handled directly on our own server (PHP backend on GoDaddy EU) — no third-party form processor and no transfer outside the EEA. Google Maps cookies load only after your explicit consent. See Privacy Policy § 4.
Consent renewal: your consent is valid for 12 months. After this period the banner will reappear, in line with Polish DPA (UODO) guidance.
3. Managing your consent
On your first visit we display a banner with three options:
- Accept all — allows all cookies including Google Maps.
- Essential only — rejects all optional cookies. Some features (e.g. interactive map) may be unavailable.
- Customize — choose individual categories.
You can change your settings at any time by clicking in the footer or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.
